Delivery Policy & Information

- Guaranteed "same day" delivery is available for orders placed before 12 Noon Central Time. "Same day" delivery is also subject to availability of flowers.
- All orders placed after 12 Noon Central Time will be delivered on the next business day
- If no one is at the delivery location, a delivery notice "door knocker" tag will be left at the location requesting notification of the receiver's arrival. Once we have been notified we will promptly make the delivery.
- The following information will be needed to ensure accurate and prompt delivery:
- Name of receiver (& name of parent if receiver is a minor)
- Complete address of delivery location
- Detailed directions to delivery location
- Phone number of receiver
- Sender's phone number in case of problem
- A delivery charge of $3.00 to $10.00 will be added to each order depending on number of miles traveled to make delivery. Multiple items to the same delivery location will only be subject to one delivery charge.
